📣 We are thrilled to announce the latest addition to Atinary’s Scientific Advisory Board (SAB): Prof. José Miguel Hernández-Lobato!

José Miguel Hernández-Lobato is a Professor of Machine Learning at the Department of Engineering in the University of Cambridge, UK. His research revolves around model-based machine learning with a focus on probabilistic learning techniques and with a particular interest on Bayesian optimization, matrix factorization methods, copulas, Gaussian processes and sparse linear models. A general feature of his work is also an emphasis on fast methods for approximate Bayesian inference that scale to large datasets.

“It is an honor adding Professor Hernández-Lobato to our extraordinary Scientific Advisory Board. He brings with him a wealth of experience in designing and implementing scalable machine learning methods that will help Atinary to continue providing cutting-edge solutions in the AI revolution.” said Dr. Hermann Tribukait, Co-founder and CEO.

Dr. Loïc Roch, Co-founder and CTO added that “Professor Hernández-Lobato’s insights and expertise will be instrumental as we continue to push the boundaries of Bayesian optimization and AI-driven experimentation to accelerate R&D and innovation across industries. We are excited to collaborate and leverage his guidance and expertise to propel our vision forward.”
