🧠 Large language models (LLMs) are revolutionizing research by leveraging AI to accelerate scientific discoveries. In May, Atinary sponsored the in-person hub for the “LLM Hackathon for Applications in Materials Science & Chemistry” at EPFL, Lausanne.

💡 Hackathons are a playground for creativity and innovation. Students, coders and non-coders, experts and non-experts are united to come up with cool ideas and materialize their solutions to real-world problems in just 1-2 days!

🎉 Congratulations to all participants, for their innovations and pushing the boundaries of what we can do with LLMs and AI.

🏆 We also want to highlight the 2 teams we sponsored & their award-winning projects:

  • GlossaGen: building a glossary generating tool from research papers, helping readers save time and be more productive;
  • MC-Peptide: streamlining the vast literature on peptide design to accelerate the discovery of new and existing peptides for bioengineering and therapeutics.

At Atinary, we aspire to accelerate the transition to a healthier and sustainable future by offering the leading no-code AI platform, SDLabs, and self-driving labs technology that revolutionize science and R&D. We were proud to sponsor this event that inspires creative thinking to unique and innovative solutions through the use of AI.
